Heath Jordan

He may not be a daddy just yet, but porn star Heath Jordan is well on his way. The young up and cummer, has been doing steady work for the past few years in the porn world and it looks like there's no stopping him. Heath's entire package is all at once cute and sexy as fuck. This elusive combo gives you the best of both worlds: the cute factor makes you fall into a puddle of love with him, while the sexy factor pretty solidifies that you'll want to have sex with him every chance you can. Check out more of Heath over at his blog and you'll see what I mean about his cuteness (pictures of his pet bulldog only make me love him more). Swigh (swoon + sigh).

If you had to describe the man of your dreams in just two characteristics, what would they be?

Role Play

It has recently come to my attention that I love Halloween. And it's not for the candy, the spooks or the scares. I love Halloween for one simple reason: having sex in costume is a hell of a lot of fun. For those of us that don't have a supportive partner or an adventurous fuck buddy, Halloween is the one day of the year where you don't have to be shy about living out your role play fantasies. It's a night that the seeds of fetishes are born out of. Whether your tastes lay in the more vanilla realm of jocks, doctors, and the armed forces or live in the more fantastical world of aliens, superheroes, or chain-wielding psychopaths, Halloween offers up something for everyone. It's no wonder it's such a popular holiday with the gays. Last year I saw Johnny Depp making out with a cupcake. And the year before that I saw punk rocker getting hot and heavy with a gondola rower. The combinations are endless really, and people tend to get wild and explore new and exciting avenues of attraction. Sometimes it's even best to leave your preconceived fantasies at home and see what the night brings. The best part is, even if the fun last no more than a night, you'll always remember the time that zombie fucked your brains out.

What's your best Halloween hook up story or fantasy you'd like to share? Let us know in the comments below.

Have a great Halloween weekend everyone! Have fun and be safe!

Gay Cruises

In 1992, I co-founded OUT&ABOUT, a gay travel newsletter that chronicled and catalyzed the mainstreaming of gay travel, while opening up a world of travel opportunities for gay men. It’s almost hard to imagine it now, but back then, no mainstream travel companies were marketing to gays, and two men frequently had trouble getting hotel rooms with one bed. Gay cruises then offered a unique opportunity to really be yourself and revel in the strangely wondrous sensation of not being a sexual minority.

Even though gays are now openly welcomed in so much of the world, the appeal of gay cruising hasn’t changed. If the Atlantis ads running here on DaddyHunt have made you curious about taking your first gay cruise, here are seven things you should know:

1.You won’t ever feel “trapped on a boat.” These ships are larger than the largest resort you’ve ever been to. In addition to the days spent in port, you can always find parts of the ship that are completely deserted.

2. It’s not a floating bathhouse. With thousands of gay men, you can find sex 24/7 if that's what you're looking for. But you’ll also find non-stop entertainment, dining and resort activities.

3. Almost everyone has a better time than they imagined they would.

4. The only people who should think twice about going are single guys who never initiate a conversation but then complain that no one talks to them, and couples struggling with fidelity issues.

5. The all-inclusive pricing is a great value. But note: most guests spend...

Sometimes porn sites lack diversity. There are far too many studios that cater exclusively to one type of guy, be it twinks, big muscle, or ethnicity. But for my monies worth, I like a site that offers variety. On any given day, what I'm in the mood for can vary greatly. There are days when I need a uniform, days when I need an elaborate setup complete with character and motivation, and occasional days when I want to see some double penetration. Luckily, I was given an exploratory tour of, a full service porn site that pretty much carries everything you could ever want. From no frills sex scenes to full length movies, the site has a wide range of categories and models that are sure to please any and all. They've even got a few heavy hitters like Arpad Miklos and Ross Hurston in their menagerie of men.

I was pretty impressed with the quality of movies. As evidence by the hundreds of porn studios that have popped up in recent years, and the ever growing amateur video category, not everyone can make a good porn movie. You've got to have the right guys, the right set, and the right angles. In the videos that I previewed, they certainly were on their game. I was even impressed with the passionate music that seemed to swell as the stars became more intertwined and climaxed. Usually it's distracting, but in this particular instance it seemed to enhance my experience.

But enough about me and my masturbatory adventures, we're offering Daddyhunt members the chance for a 30-day free trial (...

The Scent of A Man

I started wearing cologne back in high school, and worked my way though Polo, Grey Flannel and Farenheit before settling on Cacharel Pour Homme as my signature scent though most of my 20s and 30s. I wore so much of it at the time, that my co-workers could smell me in the office before they saw me, and even an hour after I left. I don’t remember exactly when I figured out that the guys I wanted to bed weren’t impressed by my French cologne, but I try to remind myself of that phase and go easy on the hunters I meet these days who are easily over-doused with the scent du jour.

Personally, I’m drawn to more natural smelling guys: not over-marinated, but that clean, ever-so-slightly musky scent that develops naturally after a recent shower and an hour of manual labor. I cultivate that kind of smell myself through a judicious, non-daily use of an unscented deodorant , and an occasional fine mist of cologne, not sprayed on my skin, but in the air above me, allowing it to sparingly settle on my head and shoulders. I’ve written about my two current favorite colognes on...

Costello Tagliapiertra

Just a little something to warm your heart cockles. Fashion designers Jeffrey Costello and Robert Tagliapietra got married this week in New York City. The couple, whose fashion line Costello Tagliapietra can be found on runways and at Barneys New York, met at Parsons 17 years ago. Congratulations to the happy couple and viva long lasting love! Sometimes, it's nice to be reminded that it exists.

And in keeping with the theme of bear daddies getting married, we'd love to hear from any of our members about their daddy weddings. Think of it as a far more exclusive announcement than the Times.

Share your love in the comments below.

Jerry Mitchell

There's something about a man who knows how to move. Tony award winning choreographer Jerry Mitchell, well, he know how to move. With over a dozen Broadway shows under his dance belt, a mentoring gig on Bravo's short-lived reality dance competition Step It Up and Dance, and the hugely successful fundraising effort, Broadway Bares , the man has got talent and charm to spare. Through Broadway Bares , the handsome dance master, has, year after year, created some of the sexiest dance routines and raised millions for HIV/AIDS related causes across the nation. Moving indeed!

There's no question there's something sexy about a guy standing at the sink, shaving his beard, naked but for a towel. It's classic Daddy imagery, and many of us associate it with our fathers, our first connection with our manly heritage -- and maybe the first visible sign of becoming a man. The memories I have of my father shaving are really vivid, though there's nothing sexual about them. What I see is my dad with little torn pieces of toilet paper stuck randomly on his neck, each covering a razor nick that would not stop bleeding otherwise. Although I'm grateful for many of the things I inherited from my dad, my easily-irritated neck isn't one of them.

I grew my first beard in high school to avoid shaving as much of my face as possible. But as I've gotten older, I've gravitated more towards a mustache, which appears to be a really good look for me, judging by its popularity with the Hunters. (I don't know which bother's my mom more: the mustache itself, or her relative lack of influence in trying to get me to shave it off.) But sporting a mustache means even more of a shaving challenge. Fortunately, shaving technology has dramatically improved since the two-bladed days of my youth. The 5-bladed razor I use now shaves super smoothly, causing only the rarest nick. And the old-timey barbershop scent of my Proraso shave cream brings an idealized masculine aspect to my shaving ritual. Finished off with a high-tech aftershave serum that cools and calms my...

The first “pornography” I ever kept under my mattress was a Jockey underwear ad from Time Magazine (circa mid-‘70s) that featured nine baseball players in their briefs. I, um, “referenced” that torn-out page for years before discovering more advanced fantasy material, but not before it permanently wired my brain. I’m still a sucker for a hot guy in a pair of briefs (or Speedo or jockstrap). Apparently, I’m not alone. From the moment Calvin Klein put Thomas Hintnaus’ bulging crotch on a huge billboard in Times Square, gays have been gaga for fashion underwear.

Even though we know we’ll never look like the model on the box, somehow deep inside, maybe we hope wearing it will make us more attractive. To some extent, it does – possibly because it’s taken a couple of pages from the Victoria Secret marketing playbook, with fabrics and styling to enhance the bulge and the butt. But more likely because it makes us feel more sexually empowered. And that is always attractive.

For the latest in underwear fashions online, check out my last underwear post on And to open this week's discussion: Daddies: What underwear turns you on the most when you pull down your Hunter's pants? Hunters: What underwear of Daddy's gets your mojo going?

Welcome to our first ever Daddyhunt Book Club! For our inaugural selection, we've chosen to James Baldwin classic homonovela Giovanni's Room. First published in 1956, the tale of a young lad coming to grips with his sexuality in Paris and of course, doomed love. In the interest of engaging those of you who haven't read the book recently or at all, I thought we could talk about the book a little more broadly at first and then get a bit more granular with the details further down. I say this because so much of the book sparks conversations that we can all engage in without knowing all the details of the books. Please discuss any of the following and let's get the comments section buzzing with engagement. So let's begin...

I guess the thing that struck me the most about the book is how much of it is still, in many ways, applicable to our gay lives today. The universal emotions and struggle to come to terms with ones sexuality, that David experiences, is the same in the 1950s as it is today. Sure, things seem easier today with society's growing understanding and acceptance, our more positive presence in the media, and the many outlets and safe havens in which we can take shelter, but at its core, the journey to self acceptance is essentially the same. Our protagonist, David's first gay experience when he's a teen shapes and shames him for years to come. It's a crucial turning point for him and one in which I think we can all relate. In his case, he ran away from it, as far as he could emotionally, and eventually through distance. But as we all know, it's...
