Why the MISTER App and not the Daddyhunt App?

Yeah, we thought you might ask that. After much thought and consideration with friends and members alike, we decided that MISTER more accurately describes our mobile audience. We kept hearing “I’m over 40 but I’m not a Daddy!” We thought MISTER was a great way to describe a large percentage of men over 40 who feel this way and still include all the hot daddies out there. We are all MISTER: Whether you're a muscle daddy, silver daddy, bear, cub, jock or the average Joe.

As a team we highly value the community we've built. Every decision we've made, from features to content, has been aimed at supporting and encouraging a healthy form of engagement for our members.

MISTER Code

We aren't prudes. In fact, we think sex and intimacy are core parts of the human experience at all ages. But we are also committed to keeping our members safe and supporting healthy relationships in many forms. We supported numerous safer-sex organizations and we regularly participate in studies with local and national sexual health organizations. We also encourage our members to talk openly and honestly about the kinds of sex they wish to have and their own sexual health plans.

We recognize that not everyone has the same understanding of risk or the same real world experience when it comes to casual or long-term relationships. In our opinion, both partners in any intimate relationship are equally responsible for ensuring their encounter is safe, respectful and consensual.

We ask our members to consider affirming a set of sexual safety values we call "The MISTER Code." We are all committed to creating an online community that is affirming, healthy and fun.
