Hey guys, my name is Tim and thanks for the click through and for your interest.

Here's my deal:

I'm into the road less traveled-which means I currently live farther north than any point in Maine. I call home a cabin at the end of an old logging road, and as I write this, it’s already snowed three feet in November followed by the least amount of snowfall in December on record.

In a "normal" year it takes a 4x4 to get into this place often at least 6 months out of the year. But, when the flurries part and the alpenglow sky emerges, here is so beautiful, assuring and even haunting that I stay on.

I’m a former trucker, a writer and a researcher dealing with trucker health disparities and somehow in spite of so much chicken fried everything and CB Radio inspired high culture I have a graduate degree. Go figure.

I turn to Daddyhunt to find some sort of companionship, even if it’s just virtual and even as the days are getting longer i reclaim Hope--that it is the surest sign of spring.
