GWM 175#, 5'7", disease/ drug free 64 y/o (but am told I look younger.. and everything WORKS), non-smoker. In a relationship so mostly looking for friends. I have a short-trimmed beard, moderate amount of body/chest hair, receding hairline with bald spot on top, relatively in-shape but not muscular and can stand to lose about 10 more pounds. Go to the gym about 3-4 times a week for workout with moderate weights. Nordic track at home about 3-4 times a week.

Am semi-retired (only work about 5-6 days a month) so have a relatively flexible schedule and am available many weekdays.
